About us
What we believe
GE&NE is a non-profit organization created to assist 3rd level education in Africa. Its websites offers experts with experience teaching in 3rd level education an opportunity to volunteer to teach in Africa. African Universities can submit a list of courses they want taught.
The organization is non-political, the one requirement is that the organization will not operate in countries where women are barred from education.
It is the aspiration of the organization to raise the standard of 3rd level education in African countries by having international experts educating students, but also more importantly to establish personal links between African and non-African universities. This will hopefully lead to further opportunities and collaborations.
It is our belief that if the African students are given the best education and training then they will become more self-sufficient and capable of solving the problems afflicting their home countries.
